Compensation

•A&R drivers average $65,000 per year.

Orientation/Training

• 1 week Orientation located in either Morris, IL or Atlanta, GA

• VIP First Class orientation (flight or rental car to orientation (We won’t put you on a bus!), 

• Private room in nice hotel with Breakfast and Lunch provided daily

• The following 2 weeks you will train locally with a local trainer out of your home terminal. 

• All 3 weeks paid!

 

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) from state of residence 

• Minimum 6 months recent trailer verifiable experience with a regulated carrier

• Must successfully pass a minimum of a 6-month DOT physical, pre-placement drug screen and a company-required fitness test

• Full review of applicant's Motor Vehicle Record, DAC and PSP
